Worship.
The Worship team is responsible for worship during the Sunday service, Christmas and Easter Services and other events organized by the church. Send an e-mail to taenastur@livsinsord. fo if you would like to serve in the Worship ministry.
Children and Youth.
Children and youth ministry includes childcare and Sunday school every Sunday during the service and Youth Meetings during the week. Get in touch with us at taenastur@livsinsord.fo if you would like to help with the Children and Youth ministry.
Ushers.
The ushers prepare the hall for the morning service, welcome people, distribute communion and collect the offering. If you would like to be an usher, send an email to taenastur@livsinsord.fo
Interpretation.
All Sunday services at Lívsins Orð, as well
as other events organized by the church are translated to English.
If your English is good and you can translate from Faroese to English during a service and would like to help, send an email to taenastur@livsinsord.fo.
Tech.
Tech includes sound, light, projector, recordings, and other things. Each service and events require preparations, and the tech team makes sure that technical aspects operate smoothly. Join the tech team by sending us an email to tokni@livsinsord.fo.
Media.
Publication of service times, events, and website material etc. plays a big part of the church ministry. Information and materials are posted on our webpage and social media.
If you are fluent and knowledgeable in Faroese or English, and would like to help with church communications, send an email to midlar@livsinsord.fo.
Maintenance and Hospitality.
Maintenance and Hospitality include areas, such as cleaning the premises, preparing coffee for after the service, decorating the house, organizing camps, excursions, and other things. If you are interested in serving in any of these areas, send an email to taenastur@livsinsord.fo.
